  This location is organized and kept clean and tidy, but the stock are not checked. Many times I came to get something and the box was empty and when I asked to see if they can refill it, they didn't have it.
  The staff do know what the answer to your questions but finding them is a challenge.
  I just reduced one star because today I had to wait 20 minutes in the lumber aisle waiting for someone to come and help me and finally I gave up.
  I think it's time for a new management.

  Great products and friendly people. Purchased an area rug for $125, regular price was $499
  The person in flooring called Adam was very helpful, he helped me to bring the rug from upper shelf that I wasn’t able to find in the location. He also suggested me to get an underpad that will help the rug stay in it’s place.

  Took 10 minutes to find a person to get help. No customer service call buttons like Lowe's. Not sure why they haven't learned that it's all about the customer experience especially when there's a Lowe's walking distance from here.

  Terrible! I went to the store to get a deck design to which I was directed to the pro desk. Upon arriving at the Pro Desk I was ignored by the associate then finally when she acknowledge me, I informed her as to what I needed. She immediately said "there's no one available to help". She went on the phone and call someone however no one answer the line. she turned to me and again repeated herself that there was no one available to help me. I asked her if a manager could help me, to which she said no. I then informed her that it is very unfortunate that they have a service and they don't schedule anyone to assist customers with that service. On my way out I stopped and spoke with someone in the office to which I was largely ignored.

  Worst service ever.
  I just left your store. Theta two guys on doors department. Seriously? Ok one of them was busy, another one was somewhere. I was around one of them above 40 minutes ask for help, but he was busy at all. After I asked to call somebody to help, nobody show up. Thanks “The Home Depot”.
