They cannot handle multiple people at the same time, the problem came originally from Rogers Company that doesn’t hire more employees or add more Computers to solve people’s issues.
I was there to pick up my modem that I ordered online earlier and they said it takes me minimum 3 hours waiting time!
Rogers doesn’t care about your time at all ...
